Nursing

The department is headed by the Director of Nursing with the support of the Nursing Trainer, the Nursing Supervisor, and the chief nurses and nurses.
The Nursing Department plays a key role and is an effective department for the organization team in terms of development, management and effectiveness in providing high quality care and services to patients in complex cases within a variety of inpatient, outpatient, pediatric and adult specialties.

With the aim of achieving high quality nursing care, we use the nursing process to evaluate and formulate nursing diagnoses, set goals for patient care, plan and implement nursing intervention, and evaluate nursing care outcomes.
The ultimate goal of our nursing care is to provide safe passage for all patients through the health system while helping them to regain the best possible level of health and comfort. If it is not possible to restore health, the goal of nursing care will be to help the patient and his family cope with the consequences of the disease in a way that helps them achieve the highest level of psychological and physical comfort possible.
